AgroProtectors tree shelters are made of POLYPROPYLENE (PP) with a twin wall for excellent light transmission and strength. They offer first class protection from: Physical: animal browsing such as mice, voles, rabbits and deer. Chemical: shelters protect the tree inside from nonselective herbicides. The shelter provides a micro-climate inside, enabling the tree to thrive and establish quickly like a mini greenhouse. AgroProtectors tree shelters are nested in either 5 or 4, to optimize transport and handling in the following diameters 75-82-89-95-103 mm, from 0.60M tall to 1.8M. Both ventilated or a solid design are available. Strong nylon ties are supplied with each unit either one or two depending on the height. AgroProtectors are fully recyclable including the tie! It is recommended the shelters are kept on the tree until the threat has minimized, which could be between 4 years and 10 years depending on the issue.
